VERADON PERSPECTIVE
A way of thinking before it becomes a way of acting.
The Veradon Perspective is the philosophy behind every engagement. It is not a rigid methodology or a proprietary framework applied in the same way to every organization.
It is a disciplined way of moving from curiosity to understanding, from understanding to sound judgment, and from judgment to focused execution.
It is a disciplined way of moving from curiosity to understanding, from understanding to sound judgment, and from judgment to focused execution.
Curiosity
Better questions, patient listening, and openness create space to discover what is really happening.
Simplicity
Evidence and different perspectives are brought together until complexity becomes clarity.
Execution
Clearer judgment becomes focused priorities, meaningful ownership, and practical action.
Peer experience
Curiosity creates understanding. Understanding strengthens judgment. Better judgment enables practical execution.
WHY UNDERSTANDING COMES FIRST
The visible problem is not always the real constraint.
What appears to be happening
What may sit underneath
Revenue is slowing
Unclear positioning, qualification, priorities, or execution
Strategy is not being executed
Leaders may hold different interpretations of what it requires
A new market looks attractive
The organization or commercial model may not be ready to support it
Acting quickly on the wrong understanding creates more activity, not better results.
FROM PERSPECTIVE TO PRACTICE
Every engagement begins with the reality of your organization.
No two organizations face exactly the same conditions. Their markets, customers, capabilities, leadership dynamics, and commercial realities are different.
That is why Veradon does not begin with a predetermined solution. We begin by understanding the organization as it is today—before determining what should happen next.

01
Understand the current reality
Listen first. Understand the business, its priorities, challenges, and assumptions. Assess how those priorities and challenges are affecting the organization.
02
Create shared clarity
We bring assumptions, priorities, and different interpretations into the conversation until the situation becomes clearer.
03
Enable focused action
We translate stronger understanding into practical decisions, clearer ownership, and action the organization can sustain.
The emphasis changes with the situation. The principle does not: understanding comes before recommendations.
The work is successful when understanding becomes shared, decisions become clearer, and the organization is better equipped to act.
The Veradon Perspective was shaped by experience, refined through curiosity, and grounded in accountability.
MEET PHIL TETREAULT
A perspective shaped by carrying the responsibility.
“Practical advice should come from experience, curiosity, and an honest understanding of what leaders are facing.”

Phil Tetreault
Founder and Principal Advisor

I have spent my career working where strategy meets execution—leading commercial teams, building businesses, entering new markets, and helping organizations turn ambitious plans into practical action.
My experience includes enterprise leadership at Oracle and SAS, founding and scaling technology businesses, navigating an acquisition, and advising founders and executive teams across international markets.
Those experiences taught me that organizations rarely struggle because they lack ideas. More often, they struggle to create clarity, align people around meaningful priorities, and execute consistently.
Veradon reflects what I have learned from carrying that responsibility: experience should provide context, not certainty, and the best advice begins with understanding the reality of the organization in front of you.
Enterprise Leadership
Execution depends on shared understanding.
Leading commercial organizations showed me that strategy works only when people interpret priorities consistently.
Founder Experience
Focus and simplicity matter.
Building a business makes the cost of competing priorities and unnecessary complexity immediately visible.
International Perspective
Context changes the answer.
Similar-looking opportunities can require very different decisions across markets and cultures.
Executive Advisory
Better questions strengthen judgment.
Experience is most valuable when it helps leaders examine assumptions—not when it creates false certainty.
VERADON ECOSYSTEM
One perspective. Different ways to create value.
BUILD CAPABILITY
Strengthen leaders and organizations
Creating structured opportunities to examine assumptions, gather evidence, build shared understanding, and develop the capability to act with greater confidence.
